QBE are among the most important general insurance and reinsurance company worldwide; able to offer specialty products and risk management solutions.

Once achieved an agreement with the property owner (Mutua Madrileña), QBE must to readjust their location to allow the expansion of another tenant office (JP Morgan).

ELEKTRA carried out the works successfully in record time. ELEKTRA also assumed the responsibility to accomplish with the different needs and requirements of the multiple key interlocutors: QBE SP &QBE UK – Mutua Madrileña- JP Morgan.

Our proposal allows QBE an optimization of the new workspace in order to provide a better service and to facilitate the internal communication and the decision-making process.
